Answers
TableTools has no support for UTF8 on PDF output and never will. However, TableTools is retired and has been replaced by Buttons which does has full support for UTF8 output in the PDF.

Yes, I', using "Buttons" currently.
But if I try "PDF export", it is not working.(the text of part of Japanese is empty)
To support UTF8, do I need to set some options??
