Table element with span and CSS class

Hi,

I have a datatable with Ajax Source loaded from a php file.
The data in the columns need individual styles to be applied.I have achieved it by attaching element to each records.
But after doing this the table filters are not working.(eg Range Slider and ColumnFilterWidgets).

So how to make it working??
