minor typo in 1.9.1 change notes

I noticed that the change log for 1.9.1 says

# fnIsOpen - new API method that will check is a TR element is 'open' or not.

should this be

# fnIsOpen - new API method that will check if a TR element is 'open' or not.

(change is s/is a TR/if a TR/)

I'm probably being really daft, but can you link me to the release notes with that phrase in it? In the release notes I can see for 1.9.0 beta 1 it says: "API: New API method: fnIsOpen - to work with fnOpen and fnClose, allowing a quick check to see if the row is currently open or not.".
