Is it possible to give a 'Loading...' message on click of the xls, csv buttons?

Hi,
I wanted to know if there is a possibility to give a 'Loading...' message (kind of a dialog window), guiding the user that there is some processing going on till the 'Save As' Dialog window opens.
Since there is a lot of data to be loaded(say around 7500), the user is not able to know that there is some processing going on and he need to wait.
Your help on this is much appreciated.
