Plugin doens't work with and in a cell

Hello,

I've been using datatables, and it worked fine when the cells only had text entries.
But now I need to have cells where it will be a delete button for each row and also a select box in wich row where user can select one of many option.
The thing is, when I create a cell with a button or a select box in it, the pluggin doens't work.
Someone can help on this?
