A single save button for multiple tables

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to create a single button/set of buttons that provides functionality for multiple tables. Essentially, I want a single button or button set to export/save the data from 3 different tables at once instead of having the save buttons present for each of the three tables individually. Is this possible, and if it is, how can I do this?

I feel like I could possibly use the fnGetMasters() function in conjunction with fnSetText()/fnGetTableData(), but I'm not sure how to use those two outside of the context given in the example.

I found this previous thread that helps a lot:

I would prefer to have a button separate from a table, but I can make this work as well.
