TableTools container shifting to the right

Hi Guys,
I have setup a copy of DataTables with TableTools and jquery-ui, however I am having a very bizarre issue.
Because I am using jquery-ui, the TableTools container is added to the header with the search box on the left hand side. However I have added a 10px margin to the DataTables container and when the page is displayed, the TableTools do not take this margin into account.
Strangly though, if I click on the Copy or Print buttons when after the Popup Message is displayed, the container moves over by approx 10px to the right and is then in the correct position.
If I add a margin onto the container itself, it appears in the correct position when first opened, however after clicking the copy button, the container is still shifted by 10px.
Can anyone help?
