FixedColumns: trigger code when initialization of plugin is complete

Is there a mechanism to trigger code when FixedColumns is done initializing like fnInitComplete() for DataTables?

If not, this would be a very useful feature for FixedColumns.

I continue to run into problems when FixedColumns takes too long to initialize - with no proper way of knowing if initialization is complete.
