Update Impossible (from table tools 2.0.3 to 2.1.4 - nightly versions)

Hello, since the version 2.0.3 I can't update to the stable or the dev versions of the table tool plugin. I've tried it the last months many times, but every update crashes it, so in 2.0.3 or later versions there were changes, which don't work with my preferences.

If I overwrite the .js (and refresh/clean the Browser-Cache), the table won't be load. That's my website: http://www.traxy.de/188/radio_deutschland.html

Did you also update the CSS file and ZeroClipboard files?

ehm no... I've made many changes in the css... so I gonna take a look... :-) Thx for answering!
