Data not spanning the entire width of the table

I have a simple data set and the top and bottom of DataTable renders the full width of the page, however, the data columns in the middle stop about an inch short of the right side of the page. Therefore the data isn't flush with the top and bottom bars.

Any thoughts? I'm using the latest and greatest along with the jQuery UI for theming.

I'm not much of a designer/CSS guy, but I'm guessing there's a style with some padding or something causing this? But I'm using everything from the demo page (including the demo_table_jui.css).

Hopefully as simple as setting the width attribute to 100% on the table: ...

That's what I tend to use anyway :-)
