Fixed Column adds second scrollbar under fixed columns

This exact post was made a few months ago but never resolved and the conversation was closed. If there is a fix please let me know. When I add a fixed column it creates a second scrollbar under the fixed columns and to the right of the fixed columns. I am using the newest nightly.
