TableTools and jQueryUI the dataTables_length div has disappeared.

When using TableTools and jqueryUI theming the Show ## entries drop down is overwritten by the TableTools button. Is there anyway to have both? I need to have user the ability to resize display and to export out to XLS, PDF. If anyone can direct me to a solution that would be awesome.

You can see the result by viewing the standard TableTools sample and then the example using the jQuery UI.
