hiding a fixed header

I am using a Javascript for navigation tabs that calls a different when selected. The problem is that when using a fixed header, the header remains through every .

I was thinking of using CSS display:none to hide the . That did not work.

Is there a way that I can "hide" the fixed header in the other divs?

Currently no - but an enable / disable function for the FixedHeader is a good idea. I've opened this feature request issue: https://github.com/DataTables/FixedHeader/issues/11 .
