Source of DataTables Extras

Hi,

first, as it is my first post, I want to say that I am very taken with DataTables and all the features it has. I want to place this tool for a customer in his applications. I am trying to find the sources and could found Datatables itself and Tabletools on the official github page, but I couldn't find the source of the Extras like ColVis, ColReorder etc. As those are mentioned as a feature of Datatables, I had expected that they are anywhere within the core source code. (Of course, not the ones explicitly mentioned as third-party extras)

Of course, I have the sources if I simply download them, but I would like to have a link to a code repository where I have the option to make a pull request for changes I have made.

As I mentioned, I know where it is in the download zip, but I am missing them in SCM. In Github, it seems the extras sources are not there. Is the source managed anywhere else?
