fixed header and the fixed columns stop working when i add column

i am using the code which works similar to excel where we can fix header and columns, its working till the number of column matches with the default code column. however if i add column any further, the header doesn't remains fixed also the column doesnt remain fixed. please help how could i as many column as i wish.
