ColVis change aiExclude after initialization

Is it possible to change the columns you excluded in ColVis via aiExclude after a specific event (e.g. a click on a button).
I'm searching something like the "oTable.fnSetColumnVis()" code, but then for ColVis.

Is it possible or should I accept that it isn't and find another solution?

Its quite possible - its just that ColVis doesn't have that feature built in, so you'd need to modify the code to add that ability - sorry.

Perhaps open feature request issue on Github and hopefully I'll be able to pick it up some time.
