Table tools buttons don't work (multiple controls)

Hello,

I am trying to enable multiple controls (same for header and footer) with export buttons.

If controls are only enabled in footer, buttons are working fine. See

When I enable controls for header as well ("sDom": '<"top"iflp<"clear">>rt<"bottom"iflp<"clear">>') buttons will disappear.

I don't know if this helps, but I did find a condition (bug?) where the buttons will not be displayed.
I had two tables one simple and one with some basic Tablepress coding, #colspan#
THe table with the #colspan# had this error message:
DataTables warning (table id = 'tablepress-9'): Requested unknown parameter '1' from the data source for row 0

The other table with just text displayed the buttons.
Can anyone help with this? I need to use the #colspan# code.
