TableTools Cross Domain SWF

Hello, and thanks for the great work!
A question about TableTools. I host my web application on the cloud, and static files, including copy_csv_xls.swf live on a different domain than web app. (Heroku for app and S3 for static files).
The export to CSV functionality works locally when I have everything under localhost. However, when I push things to the heroku/aws setup, the export buttons stop working.
My first impression is prehaps there is some cross domain stuff that is preventing it, but I couldn't see any errors. Do you have an idea? What is the simplest workaround? In the past, I have used base64 encoding to get things on the same domain for example. Is that an option?
Thank you!
