datatables tabletools save after disabling some columns with colvis

I am using column filter, colvis and tabletool's save as CSV/Excel feature at the same time. Everything is working fine until I disable some columns. Still the output is ok with some columns disabled using colvis. Now, If I save these excluded data (only 10 columns out of 40), all the 40 columns saves into Excel file. Are there some settings for this or this is the default way??
Thanks !!!
