TableTools CSV puts the headers at the bottom

Hi,
My example (see link below) uses TableTools to add a CSV save button. The only problem is the column headings end up at the bottom of the data rather than as the first line. Could this be due to my sDom settings? they are presently:
"sDom": 'T<"clear">lfrtip'
Any ideas why this might be?
Many thanks
David

As an aside, my colleague thinks the generated CSV file is encoded as UTF-16 and is therefore larger than it needs to be? If this is the case is it only so when sSwfPath uses the PDF version of the swf file in the TableTools-2.1.5/media/swf directory?
