help: jquery tooltip getting "stuck" when sorting and mouseover question!

Hi I am just finishing a nice movies critic project on datatables

I have 2 issues:

1. when hovering over a th -> tooltip shows, when clicking to sort the tooltip multiplies and get stuck
2. I want to change the image on the header, using selector.attr , it changes the source but it doesn't render, why?
