Edit - IE9 should work, I'll update my install.
Edit 2 - Looks like its a charset issue. Not sure why it isn't loading as utf8 - it should be! But it looks like it isn't and that's the problem. Haven't been able to resolve it in the last half hour, so going to have to come back to this...
