ColReorderWithResize with Fixed header not working

Hi,

When i apply fixed header for my datatable, it works great. When i apply resize and reorder plugin, it works great too. But i couldn't resize the column width. But when i disable fixed header, i can reorder and resize fine. But with ColReorderWithResize and Fixedheader how to make work both in datatables.
