Duplicating rows of data collected via AJAX

My table duplicates rows collected via AJAX about 10% of the time. I've run the table through debugger (http://debug.datatables.net/uxakeq). As can be seen in the results, the JSON data returned 8 rows yet the table has 16. How can this be resolved?
