Overlay for last page stays forever (processing background)

Hi,
I have this issue from past few days, wasted much time on this. Still did not find any solution.
When I click on the last button it always show overlay which I defined for sProcessing, after that it stays for couple of buttons and vanishes. It happens only on IE9 and later. Please help me in sorting out this issue.
