When the html response has Content-type: application/xhtml+xml, table data is not properly processed.
An html response with Content-type: application/html works correctly. Switching the Content-type to applicaiton/xhtml+xml changes the case of page elements (e.g. "TR" for application/html and "tr" for application/xhtml+xml). Could the processing of page elements be made to work insensitive of case?
