IE9 & IE10 inline table editing not working

in IE9 and IE10 when I click a table cell, it allows me to input a value, but upon pressing enter, instead of saving the value (as it does in all other browsers) instead it opens up a hidden modal box I have on the screen (for contact us)

any idea why?

Interesting one! I've not come across this specific issue before, but it sounds like the entry button is triggering another event for some reason.

Are you able to link to the page you are working on so I can take a look and debug it?
