Hi Allan,
On every page that is using data tables , I am getting ERR_CACHE_MISS in browser console.
Can you please let me know how to turn off the cache hit of data tables.

Sounds like you are using Chrome and it is reporting that the cache has been missed. This isn't anything to do with DataTables but rather how your server is configured and how Chrome handles cache.
