Search result highlighting - little problem
Search result highlighting is a fantastic options and I will hope it became an integral part of Datatables.
This stated, I have a small glitch using it in conjunction with stateSave: true
When I came back in a page where the search string is already filled by the statesave options, the results are not highlighted.
I have to manually modify the search string (i.e. delete a char) to trigger the highlighting...
Can someone explain how to handle this and maybe expand the blog post http://datatables.net/blog/2014-10-22 with istructions to handle correctly this case ?

Could you try the code from this pull request and let me know how you get on with it? I think that should resolve the issue.

yes ... this solved the issue ... can I suggest to include it in the official blog post or code ?

Yup - as per the comments in the pull request I want to review it a bit further. Just haven't had time to do so yet.
