Datatables and render function

Hi to all!

I have an empty DT, with a render function in one column that return a link that depends on the data returned by an external ajax call.
But, when i add the data, the render function is not performed and in the cell i have the clean data, instead of the link.

How can i fix it?

You make an Ajax call inside the columns.render function? It isn't designed to be suitable for async processing as that will be a serious performance issue. Do you really need Ajax to just build a link?
