Moving "Add new row" button into the table's "ribbon" panel.

Sample https://datatables.net/examples/api/add_row.html miss the button's definition in its HTML:
<button id="addRow" type="button" >Add new row</button>

But what if I want to "put" my "Add new row" button instead of paginator's "Show 10 pages" (and move the last control to the bottom), how to achieve it?

Two options:

1. A placeholder and a little bit of jQuery like in this example
2. Create a feature plug-in for the button
