DataTables Editor Bootstrap popup styling

We've seen some quite drastic changes after referencing the additional Bootstrap stylesheets mentioned at https://editor.datatables.net/manual/styling/bootstrap. The biggest change is to the new/edit popup which is now misaligning titles and labels and adding lots of vertical space between fields. The create button is missing some styles and the top-right close button doesn't function. Has anyone seen similar issues. Our DataTable configuration is relatively simple and I've confirmed that we're referencing the CSS and JS files in the correct order. Please let me know if there's any code I can provide to help diagnose.

Are you still also including the default Editor CSS? That should be removed.

There is an example available that shows which files should be included.
