Updating data from arraysarrays

I had what I thought was a simple task

Initialise datatable from 2 dimensional array, display - thats all fine

then the data in the array changes. I want to reload the new data to the table. Everything I've tried ends in failure - mainly being told I cannot re-initialise the datatable
