Any Chance to get the source for the TableTools Plug-In

I was hoping to get the source for the TableTools plug-in. I was particularly interested in the the shockwave code. I was hoping to riff off that code to try and implement a more HTML5 approach. If anyone knows how I might accomplish the tasks of the TableTools plug-in without having to rely on the shockwave plugin, I would be grateful.

Some thoughts on a non-Flash version in the blog. Worth also searching the forum as there are a lot of other threads about this.

I am working on a replacement to TableTools which will provide non-Flash export buttons. There are three big downsides to this that I have found:

1. The libraries required (PDF export for example) are massive compared to the compact little swf file.
2. Copy to clipboard simply is not possible in HTML5
3. Older browsers will be very poorly / not supported
