How to search exclusivly for exact matching entries

Hello everyone,

I searched for this option but I couldn't find it. I want to apply a search on this table that only looks for exactly matching entries in the table. For example lets say I want to get all entries with "abc". I don't want to get a row that includes "abcd", because it isn't exactly "abc". Is there an option for this?

And can I apply a search on the table at the beginning of my application using only entries in the first column?
