The problem comes when the modal is first time loaded. Resizing, searching and sorting make it properly aligned.
The same problem is coming while using panel of bootstrap. Is there any compatibilty issue with datatable and bootstrap? how to resolve this problem as i have to use bootstrap css.

Hi, I am facing the same problem. Did you get any solution for this.?! I have a modal i which i am displaying a scrollable datatable , when the datatable is loaded first , its headers are misaligned . If window resize , button click is done , the headers alignment get corrected.
Could either of you link to a test case showing the issue so I can debug it please.
