Live DOM Ordering in Conjunction with Bootstrap

Can someone who understands Live DOM ordering please look at the following page and tell me why my numbered input field is not ordering correctly when selected? I am also using Bootstrap as that seems to have some impact on how I have had to write the javascript for the DataTable.
