Fixed Columns and child details

Hi, i am trying to add child details to a big table with 4 fixed columns and it seems that there is no way to make it working. Details do appear in the main table, but fixed columns stays unchanged.
There are no examples of this use of Datatables on the website and on internet.
Is it possible to combine those two features? Could anyone provide an example?

First 2 columns are fixed, so you need to click on a row starting from column 3 in order to expand details. I found that details have just one TR and one TD tag and content is inside.

It looks like there is no official way to combine these two features..

i also tried this and reached the same conclusion, ended up putting my details in a modal on click
