Setting up DataTables

Hi guys! I'm trying to set up datatables on my site and I can't seem to get it to work. I've checked and double-checked the files and links I have but for the life of me, it can't seem to work. Looking at Chrome's debugger, it keeps on saying "Uncaught TypeError: $(...).dataTable is not a function." Am I doing something wrong? My page is hosted on test.thecorpusjuris.com/table.php. Thanks everyone! :)
