This is a bug in FixedHeader I'm afraid. It has already been fixed in the nightly version. Updated example.

What about fixing bootstrap when header fixed? That doesn't seem to work. Thanks in advance Allan!

Hi Allan, thanks for the quick response, I can confirm, the nightly FixedHeader work like a charm together with Buttons in my project.
@mrpauly - Could you open a new thread for that, with a link to a test case showing the issue. Is sounds quite different from the original issue in this thread.
