Issue with downloading data as csv file

I use data table to show a search result and enable user to download the result as csv file. Until few days back, user could just double click on the file to open in Microsoft Excel. But suddenly it stopped working for some users after they installed latest windows update. They are reporting that the file is not opening. I have tested different computers running windows 7, but could not simulate it. can you give any idea about what's happening? is there any incompatibility issue with copy_csv_xls_pdf.swf file?

Is it dependent on the swf file?

I see a banner ad and not much else on that page. Can you try using the debugger or ideally just give a link to the page.
