Horizontal scrolling in the FixedHeader extension seems broken in the latest release and nightly.

You can see an example of it on the examples page for FixedHeader. Shrinking your browser window and scrolling down then attempting to scroll to the right causes the fixed header to stay in the same horizontal position while the table scrolls underneath it. The correct behaviour would be to scroll horizontally with the columns. Any suggestions for a workaround?
