Failure when multiple datatables on the same page but filter to be applied on only one table

Hi experts/enthusiasts,
I have 2 datatables on the same page, I am using 1.9 version.
I have filter on one of the tables only, when I do a filter i get the following error:

```NotFoundError: Node was not found

This error is under fnDestroy method.

I have set fnDestroy to false for the table for which i need not apply a filter, but that didn't help either.

I read few articles about this, but didn't help, do you something from the back of your mind that would help.
