search for term not character combination

Hi everybody,

I am a newbie here and have a question about the search field. The search always looks for character (in combination) but not for exactly the term.

Here is an example: 1 Column; 4 Rows: Row 1: Nature | Row 2: Yourself | Row 3: Urgent | Row 4: Need

If I search for "ur" I get the result: Row 1, 2 and 3.

I am looking for a possibility that I only get Row 3 as a result because this starts with UR and the other words only contains UR.

I found very complexe solutions for search functions but none for this question. Can anyone help?
