Datatable hides a column

Hello , I have a gridview with 5 columns, when I search some data it works fine, but it show me just 4 columns until I click a header column(Filter) then it show me the 5 columns.

Sometimes in other gridviews it show me all the columns but the last column just show a few words of the header name, and after I click some header column to filter it it show me all the headers fine.
