How to obtain the records of a data table and stored in database with PHP?

Hi good morning , I have little experience with data tables , my question is this :

I have a data table in which full PHP mediate an input information and clicking on a Booton this information is added in a row in the table of data.

Now , what I want is to get all the data in the rows of the data table and send it to wait for my database , but no com get records with each row in the data table

I do not provide example because they are not as enlasar an example from here

I would greatly appreciate that can help me with this problem I have
