Live DOM ordering

I am obviously in over my head here and am having issues searching columns with input data. With the Live DOM ordering example if I try to search any number in the second column (Age), no results are found. In fact the search box only works for the first column which is strictly text and not an input field. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
