Sort column containing a progress bar

Hey there,
I've got a table which displays some data, one of those fields is a progress bar, which I'd like to be able to sort it by its width (how full it is), right now it doesn't fit any criteria when sorting because the value its html bootstrap code I guess.
Is there a way to set a value to that specific column, so I could sort it by it? Then I would simply give each column it's width value and it would sort it correctly. Are there other ways?
