I'm thinking to create/develop an extension for datatable, so I've this basic question before I start

1. what is the procedures to make it commercial
2. do I need to pay to owner of the datatable
3. how is my extension is verified and uploaded to this datatable webpage
4. to whom can I sell my extension.
