we are trying to export more than 1000(thousand) data from PDF it is not responding anything, It is hanged out(excel working fine in this case) ,Suppose I export less data PDF is exporting properly.

The PDF library being used by Buttons (pdfmake) appears to have some performance issues with really large data sets. Unfortunately, since that is third party software there isn't much help I can offer with that. However, I would suggest for large data sets you might want to consider creating the PDF on the server-side.
